Besides, telehealth lacks online-offline medical record linkage, making it difficult for patients to have continuous medical care.

TeleEasy is a telehealth service to facilitate patients to effectively communicate their medical condition using storytelling and visual-based tools with doctors. The aim is to save all stakeholders time and ensure an accurate information transfer leading to an accurate diagnosis.
